Yes, you have to be one of the speakers/presenters.

Fill in the submitting author's name and e-mail address, then choose the appropriate conference topic and your presentation form and upload all the necessary documents.

All authors will receive confirmation of their abstract submission by e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder.

By submitting an abstract, presenters agree to be available for the duration of the conference. Any time constraints relating to the possible presentation date or time should be announced during the abstract submission process.

Registration opens 1 December 2026.

Yes, there are three registration phases:

• Early bird registration from 1 December to 20 March 2027.
• Regular registration is from 21 March to 31 May 2027.
• Late registration is from 1 June 2027.

Yes, students have reduced registration fees.

The conference venue is called Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre or GR (Gospodarsko razstavišče)

The address is Dunajska cesta 18, Ljubljana.

The venue is accessible by a car or by a bus. There´s also a train station nearby.

It takes about 20 minutes of walking or 15 minutes by public transport to get to the city centre.

WONCA stands for the World Organization of Family Doctors. Its original name, which is no longer in use, was „the World Organization of National Colleges, Academies, and Academic Associations of General Practitioners/Family Physicians“. The acronym WONCA remains to honour its roots.

WONCA Europe Conference 2027 is taking place in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
